Red Canyon Lodge Restaurant Reservations
Make a reservation online or call us now to book a reservation at Red Canyon Lodge Restaurant. Seating on the patio overlooking the lake books up quickly, so be sure to book early. Or we have dining room with large picture windows where you can watch the hummingbirds feed. Either way you are sure to have a beautiful night with amazing food.
Don’t forget to leave time for a horseback ride down to the Red Canyon Overlook or a canoe ride on our private lake.

For parties of 15 or more, please make reservations 24 hours in advance. For groups of 20 or more we require a $10 deposit per person to make a reservation.

Brunch
Served on holidays, our brunch includes favorites such as Eggs Benedict, Spanish Omlette, Pancakes and more. Reserve your seat for our July 4th Brunch Celebration!
Lunch
Salads, sandwiches, burgers and more. Stop in for fresh eats made to order and made delicious. Our Red Canyon Melt with pesto, avocado, and fresh sliced turkey is to die for!
Dinner
End your day of adventure with a hearty meal made fresh on the grill. Your choice of fish, steaks, burgers, and more. Don’t forget to finish off with one of our delectable desserts!
Red Canyon Restaurant Favorites
Heirloom Tomato Caprese’ Salad
Fresh juice red and green heirloom tomatoes with sliced mozzarella cheese, pesto, basil, and drizzled with a balsamic glaze. So good you’ll never choose anything but a salad again!
Fetuccini alfredo
Scratch made alfredo over fettucini noodles topped with parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Creamy, hearty, and so good. Add grilled chicken to take this dish to the next level.
RCL Outlaw Burger
New on the Red Canyon Lodge menu for 2024 is our Outlaw Burger. Don’t miss out on this beautiful burger full of flavor.
Thick cut 1/3lb Angus patty topped with crispy onion rings, smothered in melty cheese, and doused in tangy barbeque sauce, served on a toasted potao bun.

1/3 pound of hand pressed beef topped with your choice of cheese (American, Cheddar, Pepper-jack). Served with our house seasoned fries. We recommend adding caramelized onion and bacon for a burger that will have you wanting more.
Don’t forget to add your drink. We offer coke products including Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Dr. Pepper, Root Beer, Sprite, Mellow Yellow, Powerade, Red Cream Soda, and Lemonade. As well as iced tea and coffee.
Apple Feta Salad with Chicken
Fresh greens, marinated grilled chicken, feta crumbles, and sliced granny smith apple, topped with your choice of dressing – although we recommend our special balsalmic vinagrette. It’s that good.
10 oz ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled veggies
Seasoned and grilled to your specifications, these hand cut steaks are melt in your mouth tenderness in every juicy bite. Served with seasonal grilled veggies and our famous creamy garlic mashed potatoes.

Dining Room
With a huge wall of windows looking out over the lake and kids fishing pond our Flaming Gorge dining room view does not disappoint. Hummingbirds come to feed at our many feeders right outside the window.
Patio
Eat outside on our patio overlooking the lake. Watch the wildlife while enjoying a delicious meal.
Banquet Room
Coming soon! We are remodeling our banquet room at the top of the Lodge. Stay tuned for pictures and updates!
