Uinta flaming gorge family Cabins

Our Amish built Uinta family cabins are our brand new Flaming Gorge lodging choice. Each cabin consists of one bedroom with a queen bed. A large living area with full kitchen, sofa, and bunkbeds.   The full kitchen includes an oven with range, a full refrigerator, sink, and everything you need to make meals in your cozy cabin.

With custom log furniture, a cozy sofa, beautiful rugs and more, you will love your stay in our Uinta Cabins.  We geared this cabin specifically for families or larger groups. Kids will love the loft area for playing games and having adventures.  A covered porch overlooks an outside fire-ring (coming Spring 2024), picnic table (coming Spring 2024) and serene East Greens Lake. All cabins are steps away from the seasonal dining and recreation offered on-site.

Only in our Uinta cabins can you get air conditioning.  Amazing temperature control for your comfort all throughout your stay.

Each cabin includes a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, range and oven for putting together all of your meals.

Covered Porches

Each of our cabins have covered front porches with seating. Take a load off and relax while you enjoy the wildlife and views from our Flaming Gorge cabins.

Free WiFi (Coming soon!)

New this year! We have added free WIFI access in all of our cabins.  Get away from it all by staying with us near Flaming Gorge, but still be able to connect when you need to. 

Lake Permits

All of our guests receive complimentary access to fish on our private stocked lake.  Spend your day catching our huge Rainbow and Tiger trout or paddling around on one of our kayaks or paddle-boards that are available for rent.

Checkout Time:  11am

2 hour early check-in and 1-hour late check-out for $50. Add when you book, or call the front desk for availability. We cannot guarantee availability of this option.

Changes Upon Request
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required on all reservations consisting of
the first night’s rental. For a full refund of
deposit, cancellation is required at least 72 hours in
advance of arrival for a 1 or 2 night stay. For guests
booking multiple cabins or more than 2 nights, 2 weeks
notice is required.

House Rules

Quiet Time is from 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors who are here to enjoy the Flaming Gorge cabins just like you are. We are so grateful for your help making Red Canyon Lodge a wonderful place to be.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed for a $20 daily fee. We take extra cleaning efforts after each pet stay to ensure our cabins are left sparkling clean.  Pets must not be left in cabins unattended.  Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. As per the National Forest policy all pets must be on-leash at all times. Thank you for your cooperation!

All rooms are non-smoking

A $250 fee will be charged for smoking in one of our cabins.  All of our cabins are non-smoking and we strictly enforce Utah law.  Outside smoking not allowed within 25 feet of building entrances, exits, air intakes, or windows.
